ToyCon UK 2025 will take place on May 3rd and 4th, 2025 at the Novotel London West Hotel.

To participate please submit your application for the event using the Google Forms link below.

There are two options available for 2025; the standard 3m wide by 2m deep booth, with shell scheme backing, or a basic 1.8m (6 feet) artist table with no backing.  Both are for the two day weekend, with a table, 2 chairs, 2 exhibitor passes and WiFi access included. Table spaces are intended for First Time Exhibitors ONLY.

Pricing will be £425 for the booth and £265 for the table (No VAT). In the unfortunate circumstances of the event being cancelled your booth/table fees will be fully refundable.

Please fill out the below form with all relevant information, if you need to make changes please email exhibitors@toyconuk.com as opposed to submitting a new application.

For the sharing of space please only submit ONE application per booth/table with all relevant details, so we can manage with a single contact for each space. There can be no more than 2 parties sharing a table or 3 parties sharing a booth.

Participation confirmations and invoicing will commence in early January 2025.
